Who we are

A software house for product and AI.

We do two things. And one person answers for each project, from start to finish.

    Websites, systems, apps and SaaS, designed and built by the same team.

  2. AI in the product

    We ship AI that runs part of your business: it answers, suggests and acts, with a person at the decision point.

The name

Δ = after − before

Delta means change.

In engineering, delta is the value after minus the value before. Kadelta works in between, and the gap has to be measurable. Say it ka-DEL-ta.

Principles

What stays the same in every project.

  1. Change you can measure.

    Every project starts with a measured baseline and ends with the result measured 30 days after launch. If something is not measured, we say so.

  2. Built to measure.

    Each project grows out of the client’s business, brand and data, and ships with their look. No templates.

  3. The code and the data stay in your name.

    Your own database, media and keys. If the contract ends, everything leaves with you.

    Before any design, we measure what is there: time, cost, errors, conversion. If something is not measured, we say so.

    Personal data follows clear rules from the first draft, not as a patch later.

Founder, leads every project

Rogério leads every Kadelta project. Before this, he was a developer, a tech lead and a CTO: he took a B2B SaaS from zero to millions in yearly revenue and led large teams, in Brazil and at an international company. Today he brings that experience together with a product, design and engineering team to deliver what matters: systems, sites and products that sell more and cost less to run. Measured return, not just a nice screen.

What we don't do

  • A ready-made theme with your colors and logo.
  • A template adapted from another client's project.
  • An AI pilot with no owner and no real conversations to test it on.
